- Review contractor agreements for property
- Secure bids for repair/replacement work
- Provide recommendations for best value/cost to the board
- Attend Board meetings and provide agenda-relevant information
- Follow and remain apprised of local laws, municipal codes, and regulations
- Manage annual inspections and filings as needed for compliance (elevator, boiler, fire, etc.)
- Enforce “House Rules”
- Resolve discrepancies with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) related to water and sewer charges

- Act in the best interest and welfare of the property, its owners, and tenants
